As a Munich based leader, Michael and his team were responsible for the operational turnaround of a €5.5B multi-year IT and business process outsourcing contract for Siemens AG, supporting over 350,000 end-users worldwide in more than 100 countries. In this role, he successfully implemented business process management models, continuous improvement projects, and revenue growth initiatives, yielding over $200M in global productivity and cost savings.

In this role, Michael was responsible for collaborative engagements driving continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives across all business units, with a focus on cross-departmental process intersections, root cause analysis and organizational effectiveness. He also architected ConvergeOne’s industry leading customer loyalty, customer retention and team member recognition programs.
